VOLUNTEERING

Be part of the team!

Becoming a volunteer is so much more than just giving your time.

It's about offering comfort, building connections… and making a real difference in the lives of animals waiting for a family. Every presence, every gesture, every moment shared directly contributes to their well-being and stability during their stay at the shelter.

Our volunteers play a vital role, complementing our team, in enriching the daily lives of our residents. Spaces are limited to ensure you receive quality support and training.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be 18 years of age or older for dogs
• Be 14 years of age or older for cats
• Be able to offer a minimum of two half-days per month
• Be able to commit long-term (minimum of 6 months)

Two areas of involvement

Volunteers – contribute to the well-being of our dogs (18 years and older)

Offer them much more than just a walk.

This role allows you to bond with dogs who need exercise, exploration… and above all, a break from their routine.

If you enjoy being around energetic, curious dogs — sometimes shy, but always ready for an adventure — this is the role for you.

By walking them and spending quality time with them, you directly contribute to their physical and mental well-being. These moments allow them to expend energy, relax, and have positive experiences outside the kennel.

You will also be able to participate in playtime, socialization sessions, and simple training activities.

Every outing counts. And for them, these moments make all the difference.

Volunteers – enriching the living environment of cats (ages 14 and up)

Providing comfort and tender moments to cats in need

This role allows you to create a special bond with our feline residents, who often crave attention and affection.

By offering them time, cuddles, and playtime, you directly contribute to their well-being and balance. A calm, stimulated, and confident cat is much more likely to thrive… and find a family more quickly.

In practical terms, you will be brushing, petting, playing, and simply being there for them. Simple gestures, but ones that make all the difference in their daily lives.

Here, every moment counts. And your presence can change everything.
